Data deletion request
You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we obtained when you contacted us on WhatsApp or through our website forms.
What data we may hold
Your WhatsApp number and profile name, chat messages with our assistant and team, order details and the size you confirmed, and your details if you joined a waitlist (a number or an email).
How to make a request
Email info@resttimejo.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the WhatsApp number you used to contact us (or your email if you registered with it).
To verify your identity we may ask you to confirm the request from the same number on WhatsApp.
Response time
We acknowledge your request within a few days and complete it within 30 days of verifying your identity.
What is deleted and what may remain
We delete your personal data and conversations. We may keep the minimum records the law requires or that protect both sides' rights (for example the confirmed size on an order in progress), and we will tell you if so.
Stop messages only
If you only want to stop messages without deleting your data, send "STOP" in our WhatsApp chat.
