How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free to all regions of the Kingdom, with a small difference for villages. Amman and the central governorates: 24 to 48 hours. North: a weekly delivery round. South: a round every 15 days. Express delivery to the north or south outside the round is available for about 10 JD.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, from 1 to 10 years depending on the product. Our team confirms the warranty of the product you choose.
How do I order?
Message us on WhatsApp +962797232703. The automated assistant shows the types and prices, takes your exact size, and transfers you to a team member when needed.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes, once the dimensions are confirmed accurately. The size is the customer's responsibility, so please measure carefully.
What are your working hours?
From 10 AM to 8 PM. Friday is the official holiday.
Where is the branch?
The Abu Alanda branch (our only branch); the location is on Google Maps.
Are the prices final?
They are general prices after the current offer for standard sizes. Custom sizes are confirmed by the team after the dimensions are set.
